With each debate serving as a competitive battleground, a winner is determined at the conclusion. By participating and presenting compelling arguments for your chosen side, you can accumulate points and showcase your skills.

Create a Debate:

• Initiate a debate on any subject and introduce up to six (6) sides for fellow Sided users to cast their votes upon.
• Enhance the depth of your debate by providing relevant background information to assist participants in comprehending the topic.
• Add citations to reference reputable sources and lend credibility to your arguments.
• Following the voting process, users have the opportunity to defend their chosen side, with each argument being displayed beneath the corresponding side.

Vote and Defend Your Side:

• Select a debate and exercise your judgment by voting for the side you believe to be correct.
• Once you have cast your vote, you can further solidify your stance by "defending your side," offering an argument that supports your point of view. Feel free to include citations if you wish to cite information from reliable third-party sources.
• Other users can express their agreement by "liking" your argument or engage in discussion by commenting on it.
• The debate concludes with the argument on the winning side receiving the most "likes," securing victory.

Climb the Leaderboard:

• Earn points with each debate created, vote cast, and argument posted in defense of your side.
• Following the conclusion of each debate, additional points are distributed to all participants—creating high levels of engagement results in higher point accumulation!
• Every week, the top 10 participants on the Sided leaderboard will be awarded a prize!
